Glencore is looking for a suitable vendor to render the following services : Project: Repair sliding palisade gate (6.0 m) & repair and paint palisade fence (70.0 m) Project overview Inspect, repair and restore the 6.0 m sliding palisade gate to safe, smooth operational condition, including locks and closing stops. Repair any damaged palisade panels and associated posts along 70.0 m of fence and supply a full surface preparation and protective paint system to the entire 70.0 m length. 2.Scope of Work — Replace bathroom parkhome wooden floor (28 m²) with treated timber floorboards Project overview Work: Remove existing bathroom floor and supply & install treated timber floorboards over prepared subfloor. Area: 28 square meters Objective: Provide a durable, moisture-resistant timber floor installation suitable for bathroom environment, with tidy finishes and 12-month workmanship warranty. Included work (supply and install) a. Site setup Protect adjacent fixtures, cabinetry and finishes with dust sheets and temporary barriers. b. Removal & disposal Carefully remove existing floor covering and any damaged subfloor material to expose structural subfloor.
