Cleaning of weighbridges (2, front weighbridge and back weighbridge) on a weekly basis - Cleaning work will include the following components Weighbridge deck, Side beams and under deck areas, load cells (to be done with care to prevent damage), access ramps entrance and exit, Drainage channels around the weighbridge. Cleaning of the weighbridge will be done in such a way as to prevent water ingress into electrical or electronic components Wastewater and debris shall be disposed of in accordance with the mine environmental regulations The service provider needs to be site compliant (MIF) A task specific risk assessment shall be completed before work commences Traffic management measures shall be implemented to ensure safety of all affected parties Weather appropriate PPE shall always be worn and used (Safety boots, gloves, goggles, eye protection, high visibility clothing) The cleaning Mine official will inspect the weighbridge after it has been cleaned to ensure it has been done satisfactorily. The service provider will share a report of work after cleaning the weigh bridge which will include the date and time the weighbridge was done, persons involved and any defects observed or maintenance concerns.
